We provide knowledge transfer in the form of informal and formal training to ensure the client can support the solution after we have rolled off the project. Included in this training is hands-on time where the students can practice what they learn.
We teach not just commands and tools, but concepts, so the students have the tools to build on the knowledge that they have developed. Typical training includes basic and advanced EDI concepts, basic business concepts, Unix scripting, basic perl scripting, and secure data transfer and handling principles.
We will also provide customized EDI/EAI orientation and familiarization to a variety of audiences, including Executive Management, Business Area Managers, IT Managers, non-technical staff, and technical staff of various skill sets. We have had a great deal of success in this as it gives the entire organization a working knowledge of what their EDI team does for the company.
